Allowed types:

• boolean:
• int: xPDK:expr supported
• unsigned: xPDK:expr supported
• double: xPDK:expr supported
• string:
• point: xPDK:expr supported
• complex: xPDK:expr supported
• ref_xsection: reference to xsection
• ref_layer: reference to (app)layer
• ref_bb: reference to bb
